Asst. Prof. Dr. İrma Hacınlıyan received an esteemed invitation to share and collaborate academic studies with the Mathematical Sciences Institute at the prestigious Claremont Graduate University in the United States as a visiting scholar from February 5, 2024, to June 14, 2024. Her academic research primarily focuses on nonlinear wave modulation and mathematical analysis, providing opportunities for meaningful academic interactions.

Asst. Prof. Dr. İrma Hacınlıyan received a humble invitation to share and collaborate on academic research with the Mathematical Sciences Institute at the prestigious Claremont Graduate University in the United States as a visiting scholar from February 5, 2024, to June 14, 2024.

A significant part of her academic research focused on nonlinear wave modulation and mathematical analysis, providing opportunities for meaningful academic interactions. During her visit, Dr. Hacınlıyan primarily worked on proposing a regularized system through the Hamiltonian framework to prevent singular solutions in the (3+1)-dimensional Davey-Stewartson system.

On April 22, 2024, Dr. Hacınlıyan delivered a talk titled "On Nonlinear Schrödinger-Type Equations: Wave Modulation and Mathematical Analysis" as part of the applied mathematics seminar series jointly organized by the Claremont Center for Mathematical Sciences and the National University of Colombia. Her presentation focused on the modeling of nonlinear wave motions propagating in a generalized elastic medium using NLS equations and explored certain quantitative properties of their solutions.
Founded in 1925, Claremont Graduate University is an independent institution dedicated exclusively to graduate education. The Mathematical Sciences Institute is part of the Claremont Center for Mathematical Sciences and engages in a variety of collaborative initiatives with other universities in Southern California.
