Prof. Dr. Muhammed Kurulay, a faculty member at Istanbul Technical University, recently participated in a series of academic and educational events across Türkiye and abroad, focusing on the intersections of artificial intelligence, project management, and higher education reforms.

On August 7–8, 2025, Prof. Dr. Kurulay attended the “Future of Higher Education: Reforms, Equality, and Quality-Oriented Ecosystem” workshop held at Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon, contributing to discussions on the strategic development of the academic ecosystem. Shortly after, on August 28–29, 2025, he contributed to the professional development of educators by providing project training to teachers at schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education.

Continuing his engagement with the international scientific community, he served as the Chair of the 12th International Congress on Fundamental and Applied Sciences (ICFAS 2025) on September 2, 2025. His academic activities extended to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in October. On October 14, 2025, he delivered a speech on the effects of AI on education at a Turkish high school and gave a conference at Bishkek Technical University regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on higher education.

Back in Türkiye, he met with students on October 23, 2025, for a “Career Days” seminar at a high school, engaging youth in discussions about their future paths. Additionally, in early November, he visited Kütahya Dumlupınar University. There, he acted as an instructor for the “Project Idea Development and Process Management Strategies for Academicians” training on November 1–2 and delivered a conference titled “Artificial Intelligence at the Door of Higher Education” on November 5, 2025.

These activities, along with his invited plenary session on the mathematical background of AI at ICMAM'25 in Algeria, reflect Prof. Dr. Kurulay’s ongoing commitment to public engagement and the dissemination of scientific knowledge at all educational levels.
