WARNING-1: Dear Students, please note that when you upload documents to the ITU Portal, no automatic notification is sent to the internship coordinator. Therefore, you must inform the commission chair, Burak Yıldıran Stodolsky, during the following two stages:
- Once your internship institution has been determined, you must call me at +90 532 306 1348 so that I can assess whether the internship is suitable.
- After uploading the Appendix-1 (Ek-1) document, you must either call me or contact me via WhatsApp so that I can provide faculty approval. When contacting me, please indicate that you have already received approval by phone.
In addition, after completing your internship, you are required to send your internship report to me by e-mail in PDF format, with a file size not exceeding 10 MB.
Please note that if these steps are not followed and/or the required internship documents are not uploaded within the specified deadlines, your internship unfortunately will not be approved.
WARNING-2: Online internships will not be accepted under any circumstances except in exceptional cases.
WARNING-3: Voluntary internships cannot be undertaken before completing the compulsory internship.
